Thomas was amazing. I went in today to have my car interior detailed and was satisfied with the results. This was the first time going to this detailing place and I will be back. The price was right and I hope I can request him next time I go.

Matick Auto Wash would get a higher rating if the individuals who pre-rinse your vehicle would do a better job. I pay a monthly fee and expect a little bit more. What is the point of having two individuals for each side of your car when only one individuals rinse or pre-washes. As I pulled into the bay the individual on the left rinsed and the individual on the right just stood there. No pre-washing wiping of the right side of the car nor the back window. This happens very often. In fact, the i dividual stood there then walked away. If I'm paying my hard earned money for a monthly pass I expect better service.

All I can say is Thomas and Fred were absolutely top notch and the coldest auto detailing professionals at Matick Auto Wash. We’ve been to several auto detailing places but this one is different by far. We had two vehicles detailed today at Matick Car Wash, and the service was outstanding. The two employees who worked on our cars did an amazing job cleaning both the interior and exterior with great attention to detail and care. They were professional, thorough, and took pride in their work. Both of our cars looked and smelled brand new when they were finished. It’s clear they went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless. We truly appreciate the hard work and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Mattick Car Wash for anyone looking for quality detailing services! Because of how my car looked and smelled, I will return and cancel my membership at the car wash near my home. to join Matick. You gained a new customer and hope to see Thomas and Fred again since they won us over! A happy customer made this review!

My truck is still muddy after 3 washes. My original wash was earlier this week, when I first signed up for the monthly program. It wasn't clean but I didn't notice until I got home. I went back this morning and checked immediately after the wash to see if was still there. I went back in for a 3rd time and specifically asked to have the right signed sprayed because there was still mud from the previous 2 washes. The right side was not sprayed the 1st 2 times, only the other 3 sides. Even after making a point to ask for it to be sprayed it still has mud splattered on it. This isn't mud from off-roading. It's just from puddles on the highway. There's no way it should still be there after 3 washes.

I called ahead to Matick Car Wash to ask about their interior and exterior cleaning services. I was quoted a price, agreed to it, and was told the service would take about 30 minutes. Instead, what should have been a quick visit turned into a frustrating 2-hour experience. I was charged $49, yet many of the services listed in the brochure I received were not completed. When I brought this to the cashier’s attention, she pointed me to sticky notes listing services they “no longer do”—despite those same services still being advertised. That’s misleading and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I didn’t just bring one car—I brought two: mine and my grandmother’s, expecting a good experience for both. This was meant to be a Mother’s Day gift, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The interior cleaning was especially poor: * The back interior was still dirty * The truck bed area was not cleaned * Door panels were not wiped down * Rearview mirror was not cleaned * Windshield was still dirty * Stick shift wasn’t wiped at all * No Armor All was applied whatsoever When I expressed how unsatisfied I was, I was told the team “probably had a long day and were tired.” That res
